Our Story

A family that bakes together, stays together.

W.H. Walker and Son started as a one-oven promise: feed your neighbors something real. That was decades ago. The oven is still running. The recipes are still handwritten. And the customers still walk in saying the same thing — "This is the best bread in the valley."

Today, the second generation keeps the tradition alive, adding a carefully chosen grocery section so the same family that picks up a loaf of sourdough can also grab the milk, eggs, and ingredients for dinner — all under one roof on Route 44.
